Tucker Newman

Tucker Newman has Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Master’s Degree in Sports Management. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Performance Coach, and C.H.E.K. Holistic Lifestyle Coach.

He has coached and guided people of all ages and abilities in many different settings from age 4 to 80 including gymnasts, elders dealing with chronic pain and Division 1 college athletes.

Utilizing what he’s learned from his teachers, coaches, and mentors at UMASS Amherst and the C.H.E.K. (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) Institute, Tucker creates comprehensive holistic programs for all of his clients.

As a collegiate athlete, Tucker was named D3football.com 1st Team All-East Region and 1st Team All-Conference as Defensive. He was also a three-sport varsity athlete at a prep school called Suffield Academy (CT) where he played Football, Basketball, and Lacrosse (1st Team All-Western New England) in the highly competitive NEPSAC Class A League.

He has experience with athletes of many different levels and backgrounds including Football, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Hockey, Soccer, Track, Swimming, Volleyball, and Gymnastics.

Since Tucker is an athlete who has experienced his own challenges including multiple injuries, mental & emotional challenges, and physical plateaus, he decided that the holistic system of training was more successful for him and his clients than any other methods he learned in his youth and college days. He understands that the holistic approach he has learned and created for fitness, nutrition and wellness is helping him and his clients thrive. Tucker teaches his clients about restful sleep, nutrient dense food and physical activity as being key elements to being in top physical and mental health. He utilizes all that he learned at the C.H.E.K. (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) Institute and teaches everyone that achieving harmony between the mind, body and spirit and knowing about the 4 Doctors (Dr Happy, Dr Diet, Dr Quiet and Dr Movement) is the key to living a healthy lifestyle and thriving. Tucker will help anyone who is open to learning new concepts and wants to change their current lifestyle so they can achieve their dreams and goals in life.

In his free time Tucker enjoys working out, playing sports, hiking, snowboarding, and watching football.
