1 – 1 Life Coaching Sessions
What can I expect from a life coaching session?
Coaching sessions will always be tailored to your needs and so will naturally change over time. Your coaching sessions will gradually reveal what’s holding you back in reaching your goals. Through the sessions with your coach, you will find out exactly what you need to do to get over your mental and emotional blocks. These sessions are approximately 60-90 minutes in length. We will develop a strategic plan for you to follow.
Depending on the service requested you will be coached by Michael LoColle or Stephanie Parker or a combination.
What is Shamanic Journey?
The Shamanic journey involves traveling within oneself for the purpose of consultation and therapy. This is a profound way to conduct an internal conversation and to ascertain vital information. This inner being is in constant contact with all levels of our consciousness. The Shamanic Journey believes that once within, a person will find the answers to all of their questions, good and bad. During the journey, a person goes beyond their own awareness. Oftentimes people will describe seeing various lights, and these can be interpreted in different ways. Many people experience a change in body temperature or a shift of movement. The experience is unique unto itself and may provide insights that are unexpected and revealing.

What is meditation and how does it work?
Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being. These sessions can be scheduled for 30 or 60 minutes and all are instructor led and provide education so that you can practice at home.

Private Stretch Sessions – Just like stretch classes but on a one on one basis and tailored to your specific needs. Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle’s felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion.
- Decreases muscle stiffness and increases range of motion. Stretching helps improve your range of motion, which may also slow the degeneration of your joints.
- May reduce your risk of injury. A flexible muscle is less likely to become injured if you have to make a sudden move. By increasing the range of motion in a particular joint through stretching, you can decrease the resistance on your body’s muscles during various activities.
- Helps relieve post-exercise aches and pains. After a hard workout, stretching your muscles helps keep them loose and lessens the shortening and tightening effect that can lead to post-workout aches and pains.
