One on one coaching is ideal for you if you need more of a personal approach to your training, mindset and nutrition. You’ll work with one of our Master Trainers personally to assess your current situation and together, you will discover fast, safe and effective ways to help you burn, stubborn fat, feel more energized and accomplish your goals.  Our personal trainers work with clients in a variety of areas, if you want to lose weight or build muscle or both.  We have trainers that will work with you coming out of an injury or if you are about to leave Physical Therapy.

Semi-Private Training – All plans start with a Complimentary Consultation

Semi Private Coaching is ideal for you if you want to achieve real results & sustainable fat loss, feel more motivated as part of a group.   This allows you to workout with friends or family members together or jump into one of our current Semi-Private Training Groups.  You’ll work alongside a group of 2-4 individuals to accomplish your health and fat loss goals.  Perfect for friends or family that would like to workout together and need the instruction.

Group Fitness Classes – 6-10 people  

Need an extra push? Our fitness classes are designed to keep you on your toes! We want to keep you guessing – each class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone! We will challenge you every class! Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but be prepared for some high intensity training! (Intermediate to Advanced)  Work all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises.

Stretch & Flexibility Classes – Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle’s felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion.   Wednesday at 5pm & Friday’s at 10am! 

Here are just a few of the benefits of stretching:  

  1. Decreases muscle stiffness and increases range of motion. Stretching helps improve your range of motion, which may also slow the degeneration of your joints.
  2. May reduce your risk of injury. A flexible muscle is less likely to become injured if you have to make a sudden move. By increasing the range of motion in a particular joint through stretching, you can decrease the resistance on your body’s muscles during various activities.
  3. Helps relieve post-exercise aches and pains. After a hard workout, stretching your muscles helps keep them loose and lessens the shortening and tightening effect that can lead to post-workout aches and pains.
