Eric Natale is a Master personal trainer at Soul Warrior Fitness, whose personal training and coaching experience includes working with people of all ages and abilities. Eric is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) both as a Trainer and in Nutrition and is also certified by the Clean Health Fitness Institute as a Strength Coach.
Eric’s journey as a trainer started when he began studying and learning how to diagnose and correct his own sports injuries that he suffered during college when he was lifting weights without using proper form and technique. After his college sports days, the injuries continued to plague him all the way to his post-graduate desk job. He experienced constant pain in his back which motivated him to learn how to correct the problem and how to alleviate the pain. It has been four years since he began his quest into fixing the injuries he endured, and he has been so successful that he is now weightlifting more than ever before. His journey of correcting his own injuries led him to discover his passion for studying and understanding fitness and nutrition on a more intense level which he now uses to help others. Every day he works with clients to help them with all types of questions and problems related to the sources of their pain and pain management.
In his free time, he loves to stay active by working out, playing sports, cooking, and playing video games.
